Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Other selected regions: 7–15 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
