Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Xin Activewear, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below regarding orders and any available purchase options.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for dispatch, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-Orders
For any pre-order items, cancellation requests may be accepted before the item has been prepared for shipment.
Once pre-order stock has been allocated or dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options
If Xin Activewear offers any subscription, repeat-order, or recurring purchase options, customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
Once a recurring payment has been processed, that order cannot be cancelled, but future recurring orders may still be cancelled.
Sale Items
Orders placed during promotional periods, limited releases, or clearance sales may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed, depending on processing status.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
Xin Activewear reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests where an order has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping stages.
